When a child is in Intake status, the user is allowed to add an additional referral, add an IFSP record or terminate the child.

7.2 Intake Detail - Read Only View

The WVBTT Online data system allows the user to view Intake Web page. This is an example of a child with no previous enrollments.

The WVBTT Online data system allows the user to view Intake Web page for reactivated children who previously were terminated in Intake or IFSP status.

 

 

7.3 Intake Detail - Edit View

The WVBTT Online data system allows the RAU to edit the Intake record. This is an example of a child with no previous enrollments.

 

The WVBTT Online data system allows the RAU to edit the Intake record for reactivated children who previously were terminated in Intake or IFSP status.

 

 

7.4 IFSP Detail - Add View

WVBTT Online data system allows the RAU to add an IFSP period for a child. The system will prevent the user from creating a future dated IFSP period.

When an IFSP period is successfully created, the WVBTT Online data system will automatically create an Interim Service Coordinator Authorization for the assigned Interim Service Coordinator.

 

If the IFSP Start Date is more than 45 days from the Referral date, the WVBTT Online data system will require an IFSP Delay Reason and IFSP Delay Notes.
