When a child is in Termination status, the user is allowed to reactivate the terminated child.
9.1 EI Dates List - Child in Termination Status
WVBTT Online data system allows the user to view the list of EI Dates associated with a child.
9.2 Termination Detail - Read Only View
WVBTT Online data system allows the user to view the termination record associated with a child.
9.3 Termination Detail - Edit View
WVBTT Online data system allows the RAU to edit a limited set of data for the child termination record.
WVBTT Online data system does not allow the RAU to edit the Termination date.
9.4 Activation Detail
Shown below is the EI Dates list for a terminated child. This example shows that the child had a Referral, Intake meeting, and an IFSP period prior to being terminated. The user now has the ability to reactivate the child if this child needs to re-enter the Early Intervention program. By selecting the “Activate” function from the EI Dates List - Child in Termination Status view, the WVBTT Online data system will display the Activation Web page. The Reactivation Web page displayed is based on the child status assigned to the child at termination time. The user will need to add a new Referral (prompted by the system).
